  3. The preceding 6 months of bank account statements must show substantial Average Daily Balances to cover the loan.

Yes, Mount Fuji Lending adheres to the principles adopted by the SEC, with respect to the protection of personal information. In addition, we use secure encryption techniques to ensure the confidential nature of the information it exchanges with you.

Interest rates vary from 1.50% to 3.00% per month, depending on credit review and your history with us.

Mount Fuji Lending does not require collateral; lending is based on cash flow.

You can get loans ranging from P500,000 up to P5,000,000.

It takes an average of 10 business days upon receipt of all required and completed documentation.

Yes, there is a processing fee of 5% of the loan amount. This covers credit evaluation, Documentary Stamp Taxes, Notarial Fees, Courier Fees, etc.

We offer terms of up to 12 months.

No problem. What’s great about Mount Fuji Lending is that there will be no prepayment penalty should you decide to settle the loan earlier than the agreed schedule.
