Please note

This position is full-time, on-site in Makati, Manila, Philippines. Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.

Position purpose and scope

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to be the supportive force that empowers our senior leadership. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Support the executive team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and operations run efficiently
  • Manage all forms of correspondence including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics
  • Organize meetings and appointments and coordinate office activities
  • Conduct research
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Welcome clients and guests
  • Submit reports and prepare presentations/proposals
  • Procure and manage office supplies and marketing materials
  • Ad hoc responsibilities including assistance to executives

Experience

  • 3 years of full-time work experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management

Skills

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills (fluent in business English)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools and applications with the aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Ability to multitask
  • Online research

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree
